Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift License) required.
- Minimum 1 year of previous forklift operation experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
