Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train new employees on packing procedures and equipment operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order packing experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
