Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy warehouse equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Manage inventory by accurately scanning, stocking, and retrieving products using WMS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL or LF/RF license required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without injury.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
