Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Sit-Down, or High-Lift) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using scanning technology.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Inspect equipment for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (valid license/certification required).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
