Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reconciling stock levels with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class A or B is a plus).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
