Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload shipments onto trucks and pallets.
- Inventory Management: Scan items accurately and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using computers and handheld scanners.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
