Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock organization in designated areas.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to verify safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for forklift certification.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and stock management.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
