Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and meet daily production targets.
- Perform regular safety checks and participate in ongoing safety training sessions.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent certification required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
