Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Organize, stack, and secure merchandise to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to delivery tickets and client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
