Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly and documentation is accurate.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all machinery to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory control and stock organization to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
