Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and organize stock in the warehouse to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates with a strong work ethic.
- License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety labels and operational instructions.
