Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate order picking and packing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
