Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory using scanning devices and manual counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and efficient warehouse flow.
- Follow all company policies regarding lifting techniques, safe driving, and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and inventory logs.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending/reaching.
