Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect equipment for damage or wear and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform basic material handling tasks such as stacking, sorting, and packaging.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We welcome entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety instructions and labels.
- Good vision and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles, but preferred).
