Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock organization to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training and obtain certification.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety consciousness.
