As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and our supply chain remains seamless. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment for all new hires.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and organizing warehouse spaces.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Clean work areas and organize storage aisles to maximize workflow and safety.
- Collaborate with warehouse leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
