Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for major retailers
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces through daily inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Flexible availability including early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
- Pass background check and drug screening
