Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the facility.
- Perform routine safety inspections of machinery and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, adhering to strict inventory management protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training and cover the cost of certification.
- Must be willing to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (Class A or B).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
