Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in proper working order and report any issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stack and organize products on pallets to ensure inventory accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the workspace to prevent hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: Candidates with no prior forklift experience are encouraged to apply; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and equipment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
