Responsibilities
- Operate Forklifts: Safely and efficiently operate various forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning and organizing stock within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Material Handling: Properly stack and organize pallets, ensuring they are secure and easily accessible.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and willing to undergo paid training.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy when handling inventory.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
