Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks before shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inventory management: Count and tag stock accurately using scanners or manual logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certified Forklift Operator license (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Strong understanding of basic safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
