Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Drive forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and logging of inventory stock using warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Material Handling: Organize and maintain a clean, orderly work environment to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome; we provide training.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety when handling inventory.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
