Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Ensure all materials are stored safely and organized efficiently to maximize warehouse space.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and reconcile stock counts as required.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our training program (paid).
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.
