Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper techniques and weight distribution protocols
- Update inventory systems and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance operational skills
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
