Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization using RF scanners.
- Ensure all equipment is inspected and maintained according to safety standards.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed.
