Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Perform daily safety inspections on equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process as needed.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling.
- Ability to operate different types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, reach, order picker).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
