Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in cold storage environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory systematically
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP standards rigorously
- Conduct routine quality checks on stored products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in sub-zero conditions
- Forklift certification (PIT) preferred or willingness to train
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
