Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging, scanning, and logging stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and proper operation.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified Forklift Operator license (Class A, B, or C).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
