Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo security and proper handling.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and warehouse machinery.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Friendly: No previous warehouse experience required; training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read labels, follow safety instructions, and operate basic handheld technology.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
