Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stack materials safely.
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems accurately.
- Ensure all loading and unloading procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid License required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Basic computer skills for logging data and inventory tracking.
