Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring accuracy and care during handling.
- Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment before use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding lifting, safety, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
