Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse efficiently to optimize storage space and retrieval times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Perform accurate inventory counts using scanners and maintain digital records.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse area, ensuring aisles and dock doors are clear of debris.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Forklift License) is required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
