Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on all heavy machinery to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CPC or equivalent).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
