Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to our facility
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - training provided
- Pass background check and drug screening
