Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained according to company standards.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
