Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all shipments are handled safely and efficiently, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must provide valid license).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (1 year minimum).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety (OSHA compliance).
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as required.
