Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in accordance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inventory Management: Accurately load, unload, and organize inventory to maintain warehouse organization and efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and ready for transport.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean work area, adhere to safety guidelines, and participate in safety meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time shifts (Day or Night shifts available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, reliable, and safety-conscious.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
