Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to prevent operational delays
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in designated zones

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-certified) with 2+ years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling best practices
- Ability to read and interpret inventory labels, shipping documents, and blueprints
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in varying temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
