Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in busy warehouse environments
- Accurately inventory and organize palletized materials in high-density racking systems
- Execute loading/unloading of trucks with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of daily operations and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train junior operators on advanced material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Operator Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Demonstrated expertise with sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
