Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock according to established protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including picking and packing orders.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred) or willingness to get certified.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
