Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Organize inventory, scan barcodes, and update stock records with high accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipping schedules.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, and palletizing as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL or forklift license required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
