Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for distribution with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding inventory needs and operational status.
- Document daily activities and material movements accurately in the management system.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
