Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing lists with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipping, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and sorted.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and other heavy machinery to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as directed by warehouse management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; however, we will train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Basic math skills required for accurate inventory counting and shipping documentation.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing ladders.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety protocols.
