Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock storage.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on machinery to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and ticketing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
