Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform stock counts and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- No Experience Required: Must be willing to learn and undergo safety certification training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow written instructions.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
