Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stock merchandise within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
