Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFO) is mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
