Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) to load/unload trucks and organize inventory
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate warehouse records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train on new equipment and processes as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
