Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks before shifts.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
