Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload shipments with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
